Occupational Therapist & Speech Pathologist

What we are looking for in our new OT/Speechie:
Passionate about working as part of a team and seeking a permanent part time or full time position (minimum 5 days per fortnight).
Demonstrated experience in working with children and their families.
Passionate about working therapeutically from a neurodiversity affirming perspective, with knowledge and experience of working with a variety of neurodivergent presentations, especially PDAers, desireable.
Experience in administering a range of paediatric assessments with a high quality of written reports.
Full Registration with AHPRA or SPA and approved Medicare Provider status - new grads are welcome to apply and commence in the role of therapy assistant whilst awaiting graduation and registration.

Current Working With Children's Check and Police Check.
NSW Drivers Licence and access to your own car. This role will be a combination of facilitating therapy in our centre at Kirrawee, and mobile services in pre-schools and schools (no home-based therapy).

Above award salary packages, range $71,000-$100,000 per annum plus superannuation (determined by years of experience).
On site supervision provided by senior clinicians, peer supervision, and CPD budget (which may also include ext. supervision).
Maximum of 5-6 full sessions per day booked in the diary (new grads start with a maximum of 4 full sessions per day for first 3-6 months), with no more than three full sessions in a row (back-to-back)
All full time therapists receive one non-client day per fortnightly schedule - work from home (part-time therapists also receive additional work from home hours - based on their contracted in-clinic hours).
