Senior Speech Pathologist

What we are looking for in our Senior Speech Pathologist
Passionate about working as part of a team and seeking a permanent part time or full time position (minimum 3 days per week).
A minimum of 8 years experience in working with children, adolescents and their families.
Experience mentoring / providing clinical supervision to early career Speech Pathologists and/or students.
Passionate about working therapeutically from a neurodiversity affirming perspective, with significant knowledge and experience of working with a variety of neurodivergent presentations.
Experience in administering a range of paediatric assessments with a high quality of written reports.
Full Registration with SPA and approved Medicare Provider status.

Above award salary packages -range $100,000-$120,000 per annum (pro-rata) plus superannuation depending on experience.
On site peer supervision provided by other senior clinicians, external clinical supervision, and CPD budget.
Maximum of 4-5 full sessions per day, with no more than three full sessions in a row (back-to-back) - Senior Clinicians carry a lower clinical caseload to allow for senior duties.
All full time therapists receive one non-client day per fortnightly schedule - work from home (part-time therapists also receive additional work from home hours - based on their contracted in-clinic hours).

The full support of a fantastic administrative team for all client enquiries, bookings and payments, plus online client management system for clinical note and document storage.
