Booking Policy

• A $100 non refundable booking deposit secures your selected party time. Your booking is confirmed once your deposit payment is received. 

• Payment of the deposit is considered as acceptance by you of these Terms and Conditions.

• Once your deposit has been received and requested party details submitted your customised Invitation Printable will be emailed to you.

• Please select your project choice when booking or at least 3 weeks before your party date.

• Final numbers and any optional extras must be confirmed 10 days before your party date (by 3pm Thursday the week prior).

• Once final numbers are received a final invoice will be emailed to you. This payment is due 5 days prior to the party date.

Payment policy

• Deposit Payments are due within 24 hours of the party date/time acceptance email being sent. Payment can be made via our website, credit card over the phone, or in person at our centre in Kirrawee. In person we accept payments via EFTPOS, credit card and cash.

• An estimated quote will be emailed along with the deposit request. This quote is not final and is subject to change pending confirmed final numbers and any extras added.

• An invoice for the final outstanding amount will be emailed to you once the final numbers and optional extras have been confirmed. This payment is due 5 business days prior to the party. This payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card over the phone or in person at our Kirrawee centre.

• We are unable to offer refunds for guests who do not attend the party on the day. Confirmed numbers are final.

• If extra children do attend on the day and participate in the party project this will be charged at $40 per child to be payable on the day of the party.

CANCELLATION policy

• To book a party with Kids Inspired we require a non refundable deposit of $100. Cancellations within 7 days of the party will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the full party total. This fee will be waived if the party is rescheduled within one month of the original party date. Once final numbers and the party price have been confirmed, refunds cannot be given for children that do not show up to the party.

Additional Information

• You will be able to access the party room 15 minutes before your party start time. Please do not arrive earlier than this as staff do require this time to set up the party room.

• If you have extra items you would like to set up (balloons, table decorations etc.) please let us know ahead of time so that we can assist with this.

• Kids Inspired is to supply all food for children and adult platters. Please let us know of any allergies in advance so that we can work with you to cater for this.

• We do allow the following to be brought into the venue:

  • Lolly Bags

  • Birthday Cake

  • Tea/Coffee etc. for parents

• All kids have different fine motor, creative and sensory regulation skills. Whilst staff will demonstrate and encourage the children to develop the sewing and craft skills independently, at times they may need to take over and complete some of the work for them, to ensure that the child’s project progresses and that they are taking home a finished piece.

• At the party, we love to capture the pride on the children’s faces, as they hold up their finished creative projects, with big beaming smiles from ear to ear! Photographs of the finished projects and groups of kids are used to promote the party packages, and projects, and demonstrate the abilities of the children. No identifiable information is provided, though we respect if parents would like to request that their children not be included in photographs. Please notify the Creative Learning Teacher at the beginning of the party.

• You must vacate the party venue within 20 minutes of the conclusion of your party so that we can clean up and set up for the next party.

• Kids Inspired has been designed for safe and enjoyable use by children 4 years and up. However, there are some risks involved with the use of the equipment and materials provided. 

• WE REQUIRE AT LEAST ONE (1) PARENT TO BE AT THE VENUE AT ALL TIMES.

• Parents and caregivers (minimum 18 years of age) must provide adequate supervision of all children attending the party and are responsible at all times for the children’s actions.

• Kids Inspired staff provide general supervision with the use of equipment and materials provided. Kids Inspired accepts no responsibility for damage or injury resulting from the use of the equipment and materials provided.
